分析40例结缔组织病患者甲皱微循环异常与自身抗体之间的关系。结果显示结缔组织病患者甲皱微循环异常与抗核糖核蛋白抗体(抗RNP抗体)明显相关。抗RNP抗体阳性患者与正常人比较甲皱微循环异常例数,它们之间存在明显差异(P<0.001)。而其它抗体(SSA/SSB/APL/ds-DNA)阳性患者与正常人比较甲皱微循环异常例数,它们之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。经直线相关分析,发现抗RNP抗体滴度与甲皱微循环异常程度呈正相关。研究结果表明抗RNP抗体可能影响血管微循环,参与抗体致病。
Analysis of 40 cases of connective tissue disease patients with nail-fold microcirculation abnormalities and the relationship between autoantibodies. The results showed that patients with connective tissue disease nail fold microcirculation abnormalities and anti-ribonucleoprotein antibody (anti-RNP antibody) was significantly related. Anti-RNP antibody-positive patients compared with normal people compared the number of cases of nail fold microcirculation, there was a significant difference between them (P <0.001). Patients with other SSA / SSB / APL / ds-DNA positive patients had abnormal microcirculation of nail fold compared with normal people, there was no significant difference between them (P> 0.05). Linear correlation analysis showed that anti-RNP antibody titer was positively correlated with the degree of abnormal microcirculation of nail fold. The results show that anti-RNP antibody may affect vascular microcirculation, involved in antibody pathogenesis.
