作者回顾分析了8年来收治的40岁以下口腔鳞癌患者44例的临床资料。男女之比为1.93∶1;发病年龄大多在30~40岁,占90.90%,最小年龄3岁;发病部位多在舌部,共21例,占65.90%;分化程度以高、中分化为主,占81.82%;临床分期早、晚期就诊病例约各半,而舌癌晚期就诊者高达61.90%;患者对治疗合作性差,只有少部分能完成严格意义上的综合治疗。治疗复发率较高,影响了患者的预后。
The authors retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 44 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma under 40 years admitted in the past 8 years. The ratio of male to female was 1.93:1. The age of onset was mostly 30 to 40 years old, accounting for 90.90% and the minimum age was 3 years old. The incidence was mostly in the tongue with 21 cases (65.90%). The degree of differentiation High, moderately differentiated, accounting for 81.82%; clinical stage of early and late treatment of about half of cases, while the late diagnosis of tongue cancer up to 61.90%; poor cooperation in treatment of patients, only a small part of the complete sense of the strict Comprehensive treatment. Treatment of relapse rate is high, affecting the prognosis of patients.
