为探明轻质油对海洋浮游植物毒性效应机制,并对海洋溢油污染的预防和治理提供理论依据,本文在室内模拟了4季温度(10、16、20和28℃)变化下轻质油对两种海洋微藻的毒性胁迫实验,研究轻质油对两种海洋微藻生长的影响。实验结果表明,轻质油对两种海洋微藻的生长均有一定的抑制作用,通过抑制率曲线得出轻质油对东海原甲藻的96 h抑制浓度为2.40 mg/L,对赤潮异弯藻的96 h抑制浓度为4.10mg/L。同时基于轻质油高挥发性的特点,随着实验过程中轻质油浓度降低,东海原甲藻及赤潮异弯藻生长速率得以恢复。轻质油对浮游植物生长的影响作用还与温度变化有关,温度越高,影响越明显,即冬季影响最小,而夏季影响最为明显。

The effect is the least in winter and the most obvious in summer.
