一、概述通过基础传给基土的附加应力不许大于地基耐压力,这是天然土质地基稳定计算中必须遵循的条件之一.因为地基耐压力数值是用原状土测得的,所以凡用天然土做地基都特别强调维持原状土.但从冻胀角度分析,这种原状土却很可能是易冻胀土.尤其在季节冻土区的冻融层内,土体经历多年反复冻融,孔隙率一般都较大;在下渗、蒸发等水量循环过程中形成水分迁移通道.毛细作用较强,故一般说来,其冻胀量或融沉量都比较大.
