目的研究CD105在骨巨细胞瘤组织中的表达及CD105标记的微血管密度与骨巨细胞瘤生物学行为的关系。方法采用S-P免疫组织化学染色法,用CD105单抗标记并检测38例骨巨细胞瘤中的微血管密度。结果骨巨细胞瘤组织学分级Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级、Ⅰ级与Ⅲ级、Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级间,其MVD值的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。而肿瘤内微血管密度(Micro Vessel Density,MVD)值与放射学分级相关。浸润型肿瘤的MVD值明显高于静止型,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。复发组的骨巨细胞瘤其MVD值高于未复发组,差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论CD105标记的MVD值与组织学分级无关,与放射学分级和肿瘤复发有关,CD105标记的MVD可作为预测骨巨细胞瘤复发的客观依据。
Objective To study the expression of CD105 in giant cell tumor of bone and the relationship between CD105 labeled microvessel density and the biological behavior of giant cell tumor of bone. Methods S-P immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the microvessel density in 38 giant cell tumor of bone with CD105 monoclonal antibody. Results There was no significant difference in the MVD between histological grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ, grade Ⅰ and Ⅲ, grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ in giant cell tumor of bone (P> 0.05). The tumor microvessel density (Micro Vessel Density, MVD) value and radiological grade related. MVD of infiltrating tumor was significantly higher than that of resting type, the difference was significant (P <0.05). The recurrence group of giant cell tumor of bone MVD value was higher than the non-recurrence group, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusions The MVD value of CD105 is not related to histological grade, and is related to the radiological grade and tumor recurrence. CD105 labeled MVD can be used as an objective basis to predict the recurrence of giant cell tumor of bone.
