实训师资队伍直接关系到实训教学活动的开展,关系到教学质量的高低。而高职院校实训师资队伍却普遍存在数量、素质、结构等方面的问题,为此,必须通过确立实训教学的核心地位、改善实训教师的来源结构、制订实训人才的引进计划、加强实训教师的培训提升、完善实训教师的激励机制、发挥兼职教师的补充作用、实施理实一体化教学模式改革等多种措施来解决,努力打造一支数量充足、素质合格、结构合理的实训师资队伍,为推进高职院校的建设和发展作出应有的贡献。
