94例突发性耳聋病人诊断均符合 1997年中华医学会耳鼻咽喉科学会和中华耳鼻咽喉科杂志编委会发表的突发性耳聋诊断标准 ,全部病例均为单侧患病 ,都排除耳噪声受伤史及高血压和糖尿病等内科疾病史。同时排除了伴有眩晕症状患者 ,94例病人发病前都无明显诱发因素。其中 14岁～ 39
The diagnosis of 94 cases of sudden deafness patients were in line with the diagnostic criteria of sudden deafness published by the Chinese Medical Association otolaryngology and Chinese Journal of Otorhinolaryngology editorial board in 1997. All cases were unilateral ear disease, History of injuries and history of medical conditions such as hypertension and diabetes. At the same time excluded patients with vertigo symptoms, 94 patients had no obvious predisposing factors before onset. Among them 14 years old ~ 39
