可乐定为肾上腺素能α受体激活剂，可作为降低眼压的有效药物。对我院各种类型青光眼持续应用可乐定一个月，观察其降眼压效果，合计有效显效率88.6％。可乐定副作用小，且特别适用于对毛果芸香碱过敏者及因有冠心病或哮喘而不能应用噻吗心胺者．
Colaidine adrenergic alpha receptor activators, can be used as effective drugs to reduce intraocular pressure.
