从分子水平识别细胞核内各种可抽提核抗原(ENA)是八十年代以来抗核抗体(ANA)研究的重大进展,其在各种风湿性疾病的诊断、分型、治疗及预后推测等方面应用日趋广泛。我们以兔胸腺提取物为抗原,应用免疫印迹技术从分子水平检测相应的抗体,以子解这些自身抗体在各种风湿性疾病中的意义,结果报告如下。 1 材料和方法 1.1 受检血清:共293份,包括各种风湿性疾病253份和正常人血清30份。血清均来源于我院。
