基于模块化建模的思想,分别从物理视图和逻辑视图加以分析,对制造资源结构进行纵向和横向分解与调整:针对资源分解问题,使用尺度和粒度加以刻画;针对资源调整问题,分析了横向调整中的移除、添加、转移、置换和资源共享操作,以及纵向调整中的单元删除、合并/分解、替换操作.针对模块分解与调整中的资源分组问题,分析了两类典型制造单元:成组单元和流水式单元的资源聚类方法.模块化聚类方法的应用能够化简单元构建分析,并在具体项目中指导系统方案和算法设计.
Based on the idea of modular modeling, we analyze the physical view and logical view respectively, and decompose and adjust the manufacturing resource structure vertically and horizontally. According to the resource decomposition problem, we use the scale and the granularity to describe the problem. For the problem of resource adjustment, Adjustment, removal, addition, transfer, replacement and resource sharing, as well as cell deletion, merging / disassembling and replacing in vertical adjustment.For the problem of resource grouping in module decomposition and adjustment, two types of typical manufacturing units are analyzed: Grouping unit and flow unit resource clustering method.The application of the modular clustering method can simplify the element construction analysis and guide the system scheme and algorithm design in the specific project.
