在当前社会背景下,高职院校在发展过程中,应当满足社会的基本需求,为社会培养综合能力的人才。高职院校在教学管理方面还面临着诸多挑战,所以应当创新教学管理模式,使得教学模式适合学生发展,并在一定程度上满足市场需求。因此,本文针对高职柔性教学管理模式构建进行了研究,然后对高职实施柔性教学管理模式展开了分析,从而为高职院校的长远发展提供借鉴。
In the current social context, vocational colleges should meet the basic needs of society in the process of their development and cultivate talents with comprehensive capabilities for the society. Higher vocational colleges also face many challenges in teaching management. Therefore, the teaching management model should be innovated so that the teaching mode suits the development of students and meets the market demand to a certain extent. Therefore, this paper studies the construction of flexible teaching management mode in higher vocational education, and then analyzes the flexible teaching management mode in higher vocational education so as to provide reference for the long-term development of higher vocational education.
