对尺寸相同而热处理状态不同的40Cr钢试样进行了磁声发射振铃计数率(N)的研究。发现回火态试样N值大小及其变化与原始马氏体形态有关。讨论了组织形态变化对磁声发射效应影响的机理。
40Cr steel samples of the same size and different heat treatment conditions were studied for ring counting rate (N) of magnetoacoustic emission. It is found that the value of N value and the change of the tempered sample are related to the original martensite morphology. The mechanism of the effect of tissue morphological changes on the magnetoacoustic emission effect is discussed.
