针对大庆油田目前存在的配水效率低,测调周期长,劳动强度大等问题,提出一种智能化偏心注水技术。依据低频矩形波电磁流量计原理,研究设计了电磁流量计励磁电路、信号采集电路和绝对值转换电路,并给出了基于PWM技术的电机控制方法。实践证明,在强电磁干扰情况下,电磁流量计能够实时准确测出其流量值,同时实现测调系统对电机的精确控制。该系统在配合可调式阻塞器和PID调节技术后,在一次下井过程中就可以完成各层配水,极大的降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
In view of the existing problems of low water efficiency, long measuring period and high labor intensity in Daqing Oilfield, an intelligent eccentric water injection technology is proposed. According to the principle of low frequency rectangular wave electromagnetic flowmeter, the electromagnetic flowmeter excitation circuit, signal acquisition circuit and absolute value conversion circuit were researched and designed, and the motor control method based on PWM technology was given. Practice has proved that in the case of strong electromagnetic interference, electromagnetic flowmeter can accurately measure the flow value in real time, while the measurement system to achieve precise control of the motor. After the system cooperates with the adjustable occluder and the PID regulating technology, it can complete the distribution of water in all layers during the process of going down well, which greatly reduces the labor intensity and improves the work efficiency.
