At the end of 2016, the world’s major oil-producing countries reached the first reduction agreement in 15 years, triggering the market’s attention. The OPEC cut its output by 1.2 million barrels per day, the non-OPEC countries cut by 558,000 barrels per day and cut the total output by 1.758 million barrels per day since Effective January 1, 2017 for a period of 6 months. This means that major oil-producing countries have undergone major adjustments in their policies, shifting from a market share war in the past two years to a policy of limited-value insured sales. This shift is expected to establish a new international oil market order and will rebalance the global oil market in 2017 and the international Oil prices have an important impact.
