为及时了解、掌握疫情动态,制订防治对策,本院每月一次实行法定传染病漏报调查。现将1995~1997年漏报调查结果报告如下。对象与方法1．调查对象:查传染科、小儿科、皮肤科、妇科、内科。泌尿科、化验室门诊日志和出院个案病历。2．调查方法:将查出的传染病病例逐个与防保科传染病登记册进行核对,如无登记者为漏报。
In order to keep abreast of and understand the epidemic situation and formulate prevention and control measures, the hospital once a month conducts a survey on the omission of notifiable infectious diseases. We report the omission of the survey results from 1995 to 1997 as follows. Objects and methods 1. Survey: Infectious Diseases, pediatrics, dermatology, gynecology, internal medicine. Urology, Laboratory Outpatient Log and Discharge Case Medical Records. 2. Methods of investigation: The cases of infectious diseases detected one by one with the anti-family register of infectious diseases check, such as non-registered users omission.
