本文观察了实验性心肌梗塞(MI)大鼠血浆性激素与左室功能变化的关系。发现,去睾丸鼠血浆睾酮(T)明显降低(P<0.025),同时心率(HR)变慢,左室射血时间(LVET)延长,左室收缩压峰值降低,±dp/dt_(max)、V_(CE50)都明显降低(P<0.01,<0.001,≈0.05),T值增大(P<0.002),心肌纤维直径(MFD)减小(P<0.01);去卵巢鼠血浆T轻度升高,同时HR增快,T值缩短(P<0.025)MFD增大(P<0.005),而心肌收缩性能无显著变化。MI后,雄鼠血浆T明显降低,E_2/T比值增大,雌鼠血浆T升高,E_2/T比值减小;同时雄鼠的±dp/dt_(max)、V_(CE50)显著降低,T值明显延长等均较雌鼠为著,而雌鼠的MFD增大的程度较雄鼠明显。这说明MI后,血浆T的改变与左室心肌舒缩性能的变化和心肌肥大的建立密切相关。因此,推测T在维持和调节心肌舒缩性能上起着重要作用。
This article observed the relationship between plasma sex hormones and left ventricular function changes in experimental myocardial infarction (MI) rats. It was found that testosterone (T) decreased significantly in testicular mice (P<0.025), while heart rate (HR) slowed, left ventricular ejection time (LVET) prolonged, and peak left ventricular systolic blood pressure decreased, ±dp/dt_(max). V (CE50) decreased significantly (P<0.01, <0.001, ≈0.05), T value increased (P<0.002), myocardial fiber diameter (MFD) decreased (P<0.01); ovariectomized rat plasma T light The degree increased while the HR increased, the T value shortened (P<0.025) and the MFD increased (P<0.005), but there was no significant change in myocardial contractility. After MI, plasma T in males decreased significantly, E2/T ratio increased, plasma T in females increased, E2/T ratio decreased, and male rats’±dp/dt_(max) and V_(CE50) decreased significantly. The T value was significantly longer than that of the female mice, and the MFD of the female rats was more significant than that of the male rats. This shows that after MI, the change of plasma T is closely related to the changes of left ventricular myocardial diastolic function and the establishment of myocardial hypertrophy. Therefore, it is speculated that T plays an important role in maintaining and regulating cardiac muscle relaxation and contractility.
