DAOV不同于面向企业整体的流程管理、流程再造等系统,这些系统需要企业配合流程进行大量业务梳理工作,甚至全面颠覆企业原有的管理体系。DAOV从企业技术创新需求入手,只在资源分析有关的范围内调用企业资源,而DAOV的实施也的确能潜移默化影响到企业的研发流程,最终导致企业文化的变化,且这种变化显然是企业更乐于见到的,也更加容易为企业所接受。
DAOV is different from the whole system of process management and process reengineering. These systems require enterprises to sort out a large amount of business with the process, and even completely subvert the original management system of the enterprise. Starting from the needs of technological innovation in enterprises, DAOV only invokes business resources within the scope of resource analysis. However, the implementation of DAOV can indeed influence the R & D process of enterprises and ultimately lead to changes in the corporate culture. Happy to see, but also more easily accepted by the business.
