针对目前温室育苗移栽过程中机械化程度低、栽培宽度及深浅不一、损苗严重等问题,本研究结合西北地区覆膜地块移栽的农艺要求,设计了一种手推式双头土壤打孔机。该机主要由动力输出机构、对心曲柄机构、挖土机构构成,双头间隔40cm,打孔深度和间隙均可调。利用SolidWorks对打孔机的各零部件进行了三维建模和虚拟装配,通过三维装配图直观清晰的展示了各零件之间位置关系,并详细介绍了各装置的设计思路、结构组成及工作原理。该机整体结构紧凑、操作简单、可根据所需孔大小更换打孔冲头、功能丰富;并目通过三维建模为今后该机的运动状态模拟、性能校验及研制奠定了基础。
In view of the problems of low mechanization, width and depth of cultivation, serious damage to seedling and so on in the transplanting process of greenhouse seedlings at present, this study designed a kind of double-headed hand-pushed soil hole puncher. The aircraft mainly by the power output mechanism, the heart crank mechanism, excavation structure, double-spaced 40cm, drilling depth and clearance can be adjusted. Solidworks 3D modeling and virtual assembly of each part of the drilling machine, through the three-dimensional assembly diagram visually and clearly shows the location of the relationship between the various parts, and introduced in detail the design ideas of each device, the structure and working principle . The overall structure of the machine is compact, easy to operate, according to the required hole size to replace punching punch, feature-rich; and through the three-dimensional modeling for the future movement of the machine simulation, performance testing and development laid the foundation.
