一、产品测试并不复杂产品测试的误区许多内资企业不愿使用产品测试来协助产品决策,除了消费者导向的行销观念有待进一步建立外,很大的原因是他们对产品测试欠缺了解。这里有两种误区:一种认为产品测试只能由专业的研究公司执行,而且动辄花很多钱,企业的财务能力无法承担;另一种认为,企业的领导、职工本身就是消费者,如果自己看得过去、用着满意,又何必兴师动众去花钱找一些陌生的消费者评价我们的产品呢?其实,产品测试并没有那么复杂。
