根据萃取化学原理,采用2-乙基己基膦酸单(2-乙基己基)酯(简称HEMP)为萃取剂,从含La3+的水溶液中萃取La元素。萃合物镧-异辛基膦酸单酯(简称LaEMP)用红外光谱、1H和31P核磁共振波谱分析,确定了基本结构。采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考查了LaEMP的抗磨性能,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、波谱仪(WDS)及俄歇电子能谱(AES)方法,研究了LaEMP的抗磨机理。结果表明,LaEMP具有较好的抗磨性能,在摩擦表面生成的含P和La等元素的保护膜以及摩擦亚表面形成的含镧摩擦扩散层,是LaEMP具有较好抗磨性能的两个主要原因
According to the principle of extraction chemistry, La element was extracted from La3 + -containing aqueous solution by using 2-ethylhexylphosphonic acid mono (2-ethylhexyl) ester (HEMP) as extractant. The lanthanum-isooctylphosphonic acid monoester (referred to as LaEMP) was characterized by FTIR, 1H and 31P nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy to confirm the basic structure. The abrasion resistance of LaEMP was investigated by four-ball friction and wear tester. The anti-wear mechanism of LaEMP was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), spectroscopy (WDS) and Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) The results show that LaEMP has good anti-wear properties.
