2011年版义务教育课程标准出台正值新课程走过十年。十年来,新课程历经曲折,始终伴随着质疑声、批评声。在这个节点出台的课程标准包容了十分丰富的内涵。它包含了对新课程方向的肯定,融入了对课改推进中尚存在问题的解决,是对《教育规划纲要》提出的德育为先、能力为重、全面发展的要求的具体落实。于是,对2011年版课标的研学绝不能窄化为仅仅是对学科教学的关注,也不能简单地归结于如何从教学实践上来把握。那么,究竟应当怎么学,学什么,学后又如何指导行动?对此,教育部基础教育课程教材发展中心刘坚教授从“探寻深化课程改革的现实起点和未来方向”的视角进行了启人深思的解读——
The 2011 edition of the compulsory education curriculum standard comes at a time when the new curriculum has passed for ten years. Over the past decade, the new curriculum has gone through twists and turns, always accompanied by voices of doubt and criticism. The curriculum standards introduced at this node embrace a very rich connotation. It includes affirming the direction of the new curriculum and integrating the existing problems in the promotion of curriculum reform. It is a concrete implementation of the requirement of “moral education first, capability first and all-round development” proposed in the “Outline of Education Plan”. Therefore, the study of the 2011 edition of the standard must not be narrowed to just the subject of teaching attention, can not simply be attributed to how to grasp from the teaching practice. So, what should be learned, what should we learn and how should we guide the action afterwards? In response, Professor Liu Jian from the Curriculum Development Center for Basic Education Curriculum of the Ministry of Education conducted a study from the perspective of “exploring the realistic starting point and future direction of deepening the curriculum reform” Interpretation of people thinking -
