本文对30名大骨节病患儿,38名病区健康儿童以及34名非病区健康儿童的血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP),谷草转氨酶(GOT)以及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同功酶进行了测定分析。结果表明:大骨节病患儿的血清GOT,LDH_1较非病区明显升高,LDH_3相对降低,并在X线出现改变以前就有所变化,而ALP,LDH_2的活性改变不明显。因此,血清GOT,LDH_1,LDH_3等生化指标能够反应出大骨节病患儿的组织细胞损伤情况,对大骨节病的早期诊断和疾病的防治有着重要的意义。
In this paper, serum ALP, GOT and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) isoenzyme in 30 Kashin-Beck disease children, 38 healthy children in the ward and 34 non-ward healthy children, The analysis of the assay was carried out. The results showed that the serum levels of GOT and LDH_1 in children with Kashin-Beck disease were significantly higher than those in non-disease and LDH_3, and they were changed before the X-ray changes. However, the activity of ALP and LDH_2 did not change obviously. Therefore, the serum biochemical indicators such as GOT, LDH_1, LDH_3 can reflect the tissue damage of children with KBD, which is of great significance to the early diagnosis of KBD and prevention and cure of disease.
