目的 观察穿通性角膜移植的治疗效果 ,探讨影响成功率的因素。方法 采用新鲜角膜材料行穿通性角膜移植 146例 ( 158眼 ) ,术后 12 3例 ( 12 8眼 )随访观察 3个月至 5年 (平均 1.5年 )。结果 植片透明愈合率为 71.1% ,57眼 ( 4 4.5% )裸眼视力为 0 .0 5～ 0 .3,4 2眼 ( 32 .8% )视力达 0 .3以上。结论 穿通性角膜移植是治疗多种角膜疾病、恢复视力的非常有效的方法 ,手术成功率取决于术眼条件 ,供体质量 ,手术技术和并发症处理。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of penetrating keratoplasty and explore the factors influencing the success rate. Methods Penetrating keratoplasty was performed in 146 cases (158 eyes) with fresh corneal material and 12 months (12 eyes) with postoperative follow-up of 3 months to 5 years (average 1.5 years). Results Transparent healed rate of 71.1%, 57 eyes (4.5%) uncorrected visual acuity was 0. 05 ~ 0. 3, 42 eyes (32.8%) visual acuity of 0.3 or more. Conclusion Perforating keratoplasty is a very effective method to treat various corneal diseases and restore vision. The success rate depends on the conditions of the ophthalmology, the quality of the donor, the surgical techniques and the complications.
