目的建立工作场所空气中3种氯代烃物质的便携式气相色谱(GC)快速检测方法。方法在实验室配制一定质量浓度的标准气,使用便携式GC外标一点法(简称“便携式GC法”),建立二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、1,2-二氯乙烷的检测方法,将建立的方法应用于工作场所检测,并与采用国家标准方法进行检测的结果比较,验证所建立方法的现场适用性。结果便携式GC法在二氯甲烷质量浓度为5.3~665.0 mg/m3、三氯甲烷质量浓度为6.0~600.0mg/m3、1,2-二氯乙烷质量浓度为2.5~504.0 mg/m3时准确度为85.5%~112.9%,3种化合物的最低检测质量浓度分别为1.3、1.5、1.0 mg/m3,其准确度为94.0%~105.2%,批内精密度为3.1%~7.7%。批间精密度为3.1%~8.4%。所建立的方法现场定量检测上述3种氯代烃类物质的结果与国家标准方法比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论便携式GC法可以用于工作场所空气中二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、1,2-二氯乙烷的同时快速检测。
Objective To establish a portable gas chromatography (GC) rapid detection method for three kinds of chlorinated hydrocarbons in the air of workplace. Methods The standard gas with a certain mass concentration was prepared in the laboratory and the detection method of dichloromethane, trichloromethane and 1,2-dichloroethane was established by portable GC external standard method (“Portable GC method”) , The established method was applied to workplace testing and compared with the results of testing using national standard methods to verify the suitability of the established method. Results The portable GC method was accurate when the mass concentration of methylene chloride was 5.3 ~ 665.0 mg / m3, the concentration of chloroform was 6.0 ~ 600.0 mg / m3, and the concentration of 1,2-dichloroethane was 2.5 ~ 504.0 mg / m3 The calibration curves were from 85.5% to 112.9%. The minimum detectable concentrations of the three compounds were 1.3, 1.5 and 1.0 mg / m3, with the accuracy of 94.0% -105.2% and the intra-assay precision of 3.1% -7.7%. Inter-batch precision of 3.1% to 8.4%. The established method for on-site quantitative detection of the above three kinds of chlorinated hydrocarbons results compared with the national standard methods, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The portable GC method can be used for rapid and simultaneous detection of dichloromethane, trichloromethane and 1,2-dichloroethane in the air of the workplace.
