牙髓干细胞是存在于牙髓组织中的具有保持高度增殖、自我更新和多向分化潜能的干细胞。近年来,随再生医学研究的逐渐深入,利用牙髓干细胞具有多向分化能力,将其作为种子细胞已用于修复组织缺损,且牙髓干细胞的免疫学特性也成为研究热点。本文就牙髓干细胞的免疫特性及其应用的研究进展作一综述。 Dental pulp stem cells are stem cells that exist in pulp tissue and have the potential to maintain a high degree of proliferation, self-renewal and multidirectional differentiation. In recent years, with the deepening of researches in regenerative medicine, the use of dental pulp stem cells has the ability of multi-directional differentiation, which has been used as a seed cell for repairing tissue defects, and the immunological characteristics of dental pulp stem cells have become a research hotspot. This article reviews the research progress of the dental pulp stem cell immune system and its application.
