单螺杆式压缩机由一个主转子及两侧与其相啮合的星轮片组成。这种结构布置形成了两个独立的压缩过程,各提供50%的排气量。目前设计的单螺杆式压缩机大多采用两个星轮对称容积调节控制,可以实现负载25%~100%无级调节。本文对非对称式容积控制技术在单螺杆压缩机的运用进行阐述,通过采用两个星轮独立控制的方法可以实现更高的部分负荷能效。
Single-screw compressors consist of a main rotor and star discs meshing with both sides. This structural arrangement creates two independent compression processes, each providing 50% of the displacement. The current design of single-screw compressors are mostly two star symmetrical volume adjustment control, load can be achieved 25% to 100% stepless adjustment. In this paper, the application of asymmetric displacement control technology in single-screw compressor is described. By using two star-wheel independent control methods, higher partial-load energy efficiency can be achieved.
