马骏驰同志祖籍辽宁省营口市,今年四十岁.现任营口市九龙园餐厅经理.一九六二年,十七岁的马骏驰从初中毕业即投师厨门,从事烹调已有二十四个春秋.在学艺过程中,勤学苦练,几年后便独立执厨.一九八一年被辽宁省商业厅任一级厨师,一九八四年被省政府授予特三级厨师称号.马师傅以烹制海鲜佳肴见长,他烹制的“燕翅席”、“海参席”等均具特色.他烹艺精湛,善于思考,勇于创新.“九龙宴” 的问世就是证明.
