应用图像分析技术和形态计量学方法,对65例甲状腺肿瘤细胞DNA含量和形态计量学参数进行了分析,结果表明:甲状腺肿瘤细胞DNA含量与正常对照组比较,腺瘤组无统计学意义(P>005),而各甲状腺癌组均有非常显著性差异(P<001或P<0001);甲状腺癌DNA含量的增高与组织学类型的恶性程度基本一致;甲状腺癌5年以下存活组的DNA含量、细胞核面积和直径均高于5年以上存活组(P<005或P<0005);5年以下存活组的异倍体细胞数明显高于5年以上存活组(P<0005),提示上述参数似与预后有关
