目的:优化超临界CO_2萃取生姜工艺参数。方法:建立生姜指标成分6-姜酚的分析方法,以萃取压力、萃取温度、分离釜Ⅰ压力、萃取时间为考察因素,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验表,以姜油收率和6-姜酚百分含量为评价指标进行姜油萃取工艺优选。结果:超临界CO_2萃取姜油的最佳萃取条件为:萃取压力20MPa;萃取温度40℃;萃取时间3h;分离釜Ⅰ压力6MPa;分离釜Ⅱ压力3MPa。此时姜油的收率为2.117%,姜油中6-姜酚的百分含量为23.164%(n=3)。结论:优化后的超临界CO_2萃取生姜工艺具有保持药物原有生物活性、提取效率高、提取物纯净无溶剂残留等优点。
Objective: To optimize the supercritical CO 2 extraction process parameters of ginger. METHODS: An analysis method for the ginger index component 6-gingerol was established. The extraction pressure, extraction temperature, separation pressure of the kettle I and extraction time were taken as the investigation factors. The L 9 (3~4) orthogonal test table was used to determine the yield of ginger oil. The content of 6-gingerol is the evaluation index for the ginger oil extraction process. Results: The optimum extraction conditions of ginger oil with supercritical CO_2 were: extraction pressure 20MPa; extraction temperature 40°C; extraction time 3h; separation pressure I of kettle I was 6MPa; pressure of separation kettle II was 3MPa. The yield of ginger oil at this time was 2.117%, and the percentage of 6-gingerol in ginger oil was 23.164% (n=3). Conclusion: The optimized supercritical CO 2 extraction ginger process has the advantages of maintaining the original biological activity of the drug, high extraction efficiency, and pure and solvent-free residues of the extract.
