在学校教育中,对学生非智力因素的开发培养似乎比智力因素的开发培养更为重要。文章认为,班主任要协调学科教师培养学生的五种能力:自我教育能力;辨别是非的能力;冷静思考和激情进取的能力;兼容思想,发展个性和尊重事实,标新立异的能力;融入集体,团队合作的能力。
In school education, the development and training of students’ non-intelligence factors seems to be more important than the development and training of intelligence factors.
