冷水江碱厂的中和泵轴封问题长期无法解决。1972年投产以来,先后试验过用4个叠装的V形橡胶密封圈,寿命只有6小时,4个叠装的V形PTFE密封圈只用了一个班,还试验过机械密封,又设计过φ180的大型复合副叶轮密封,但均未获成功。后在该泵上试用活塞压盖式填料轴封新结构(如图)。填料尺寸φ55/35×40,活塞尺寸φ120/36(据理论分析判断选取)。新结构中的压紧力大小与液膜压力大小相同,使传统结构的压紧力分布不合理引起的严重过压问题得到根本解决。因而它比传统结构有显著的优越性:有利于形成较均匀的
Lengshui Jiang caustic soda and shaft seal long-term problems can not be solved. Since its commissioning in 1972, it has tested four stacked V-shaped rubber seals for a life span of only six hours.
