为探明水稻机插不同播种量条件下秧苗成毯及质量的差异,以超级稻品种甬优12和中浙优1号为试验材料,设置6个秧盘播种量,研究秧苗生长特性、秧苗质量及成毯性。研究结果表明,不同播种量对秧苗成毯性及秧苗素质的影响显著,播种量的增加可显著提高秧苗根系盘结力,但其秧苗素质明显下降,秧苗细弱,干物质积累量减少,同时其秧苗整齐度较差,小苗弱苗比例增多。2个品种秧盘播种量每下降10 g,平均秧苗株高提高0.5cm,叶龄增加0.1个,秧苗基部增粗0.1 cm,单株秧苗根数增加0.3根;秧盘播种量每提高10g,平均单株干物质下降5.1 mg。随着播种量的增加,中浙优1号秧苗素质下降较快,小苗比例迅速提高,甬优12播种量弹性则相对较大。甬优12在播种量达到50 g/盘时可实现秧苗成毯,秧苗生长整齐,秧苗个体素质也较优,但其秧盘地上部生长稀疏,叶面积指数较小;而中浙优1号播种量为50 g/盘时,秧苗成毯及秧苗素质各项指标均较优,秧苗生长整齐、紧密。综合各指标研究结果考虑,甬优12和中浙优1号最适播种量分别为65及50 g/盘。
