做好劳动争议预防和调解工作,对建设和谐社会意义重大。用人单位应改变传统工作方法,把劳动争议从事后处理转到事前预防上来,切实在企业内部形成依法预防劳动争议发生的氛围。
Doing a good job in preventing and mediating labor disputes is of great significance to building a harmonious society. Employers should change the traditional methods of work, the labor dispute in the post-processing to advance prevention, the effective formation within the enterprise to prevent the occurrence of labor disputes in accordance with the law.
