随着世界经济一体化趋势进程加快,国际市场与国内市场有效融合,企业所寻求的发展机会相应增多,同时竞争激烈的程度也在增加。优秀人才成为企业致胜的关键,也是企业取得长足进步,实现可持续发展的重要法宝。如何发挥人才在企业中的作用,合理配置人力资源,实现人才和企业共同达到最佳效益,是当前企业管理者应当着重思考的课题。人力资源绩效管理在企业进行人才岗位分配、人力资源运用和管理、制定合理的战略管理部署和计划中,占有不可或缺的地位。本文主要通过对人力资源绩效管理中存在的问题进行探讨,提出笔者对于改善人力资源绩效管理的措施的建议,助力企业在各项管理活动中充分发挥人才职能,推动企业前进。
As the trend of global economic integration accelerates, the effective integration of the international market and the domestic market will result in a corresponding increase in the opportunities for development sought by enterprises, and the degree of competition will also increase. Talent has become the key to business success, but also made great progress enterprises to achieve sustainable development an important magic weapon. How to give full play to the role of talents in enterprises, rationally allocate human resources, and achieve the best benefits for talents and enterprises together are the topics that enterprise managers should focus on now. Human resources performance management in the enterprise personnel positions, human resources utilization and management, to develop a reasonable strategic management and planning and deployment, occupy an indispensable position. This paper mainly discusses the existing problems in the performance management of human resources and puts forward my suggestions on how to improve the performance management of human resources so as to help the enterprises give full play to the functions of talents in all management activities so as to promote the advance of the enterprises.
