传统的酒精检测仪,体积大、重量重,不便于携带。采集时需要被测者口含吹管呼气,存在一定的卫生隐患。显示结果以屏幕显示的方式告知被检测者,检测人员通过手工记录的方式汇总提交,增加工作的复杂性及提交环节中出错概率。本课题研究的是一种气体酒精浓度测试仪,它是以Genuino Micro开发板(单片机基于ATMega32U4)为控制器,用Alcohol Sensor MQ303A为测试探头来测试周围环境中空气酒精浓度,通过AD转换成数字信号,将测试结果发送给Android手机应用,将最终结果通过手机屏幕显示给最终用户。并可以在不同的环境内设定不同的临界值,对超过的临界值的信号做出报警,对酒精含量是否超标做出判断的酒精测试仪。最终完成实物设计,并且达到预期目标。“,”Alcometer is a machine which is used to test whether and how much people ingest alcohol. When traffic police work on testing how much the drivers have drunk, it can be used in order to effectively reduce happing of serious traffic accidents.Besides,it can also be used in other occasions, such as some enterprises which prohibit working after drinking,awiding casualties and loss.Traditional alcometer is big, heavy ,and inconvenient to carry .It would exist health hazard because subjects have to blew straw .Test results inform subjects in a showing-screen way. Testing problems collect and submit in a hard-record way. Those ways increase complexity and probability in submitting link. However, the project declines equipment’s volume and weight and re-lease burden of carriers. It can avoid secondary pollution that collec-tion procedure doesn’t need subjects to blow straw. Meanwhile ,col-lectors don’t need to input data for twice due to data to collection, displaying and storage are on smart phone , which is convenient foe data statistics and administration.
