过去研究水力发电机组调节稳定性及引水系统波动稳定性(如调压井水位波动稳定性)时,通常都是分析小波动稳定的临界条件,导出稳定判别式。实际应用时,在临界值上(如调压井临界稳定断面)乘上一个大于1的系数作为“安全裕量”。这种处理方法是不完善的。分析调节及波动稳定性时,只要求稳定是不够的,而应对调节质量有一定的要求。原文中正确地指出了这一点,而且导出了计算调节过渡过程中机组转速、内水压力等波动过程的解析式,这是很有价值的。
In the past, when adjusting the stability of hydropower generating units and the fluctuating stability of water diversion system (such as the surge stability of surge shaft water level), the critical conditions for small fluctuations are usually analyzed and the stability criterion is derived.
