目的了解2009—2012年期间上海市副溶血性弧菌临床菌株和水产品分离株的血清型分布。方法采用血清玻片凝集试验对622株临床菌株和176株水产品分离株进行血清分型。结果 622株副溶血性弧菌临床菌株可分为27个血清型,其中以O3∶K6型为主,约占61.7%。176株副溶血性弧菌水产品分离株可分为9个O群,其中O1、O2、O3、O4和O5群为主要血清型,约占72.2%。水产品分离株与临床菌株的血清型差异较大,但在水产品中检测到2株临床菌株的优势血清型O3∶K6。结论 2009—2012年期间上海市副溶血性弧菌临床菌株和水产品分离株的血清型均呈现高度多样性,O3∶K6型是引起食物中毒的优势血清型,而水产品分离株未见优势血清型。临床菌株优势血清型O3∶K6在水产品中的出现,提示上海市水产品存在潜在的致病危险,需要加强监控,为疾病的预防和控制提供依据。
Objective To understand the serotype distribution of Shanghai strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and aquatic isolates from 2009 to 2012. Methods The blood serum samples were collected from 622 clinical isolates and 176 aquatic isolates by serum slide agglutination test. Results 622 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus clinical isolates can be divided into 27 serotypes, of which O3: K6-based, accounting for 61.7%. 176 isolates of Vibrio parahaemolyticus aquatic products can be divided into 9 O groups, of which O1, O2, O3, O4 and O5 groups as the main serotypes, accounting for about 72.2%. The serotypes of aquatic isolates and clinical isolates are quite different, but the dominant serotypes O3: K6 of two clinical isolates were detected in aquatic products. Conclusion The serotypes of clinical isolates of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and aquatic isolates in Shanghai from 2009 to 2012 are highly diverse. O3: K6 is the predominant serotype that causes food poisoning, while the aquatic isolates have no advantage Serotype. Advantages of clinical strains The emergence of serotype O3: K6 in aquatic products indicates that there is a potential risk of aquatic products in Shanghai. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen surveillance and provide basis for disease prevention and control.
