文中简要介绍了AP1000中央冷冻水低容子系统,通过对此系统跑水事件的分析,试验找出了雷达液位计产生跳变的原因,并发现安全阀排泄管线对空及定值偏低和穿楼板管线没有设计围堰等设计问题,调试工程师针对以上问题,对系统做了多项改进,从而使存在的问题得以解决,并使系统正常运行,不仅提高了电站的运行效率,而且降低了电站能耗。
In this paper, the AP1000 central chilled water low-volume subsystem is briefly introduced. By analyzing the running water event of the system, the reason why the radar level gauge jumps occurs is found out. There are no design problems such as cofferdam to wear floor pipelines. The commissioning engineer has made many improvements to the system in view of the above problems, so that the existing problems can be solved and the system can be operated normally. This not only improves the operation efficiency of the power station but also reduces Power station energy consumption.
