国产龙刨的垂直刀架和侧刀架进给机构大多数采用涨紧环式机械送进,由于运动磨损、材料性能等方面的原因,往往不能保持长期稳定的运动。为了改变上述缺陷,我们采用伸缩式套筒油缸及液压传动机构,获得了既可靠,又均匀持久的进给运动。一,液压进给工作原理图1为龙门刨床液压进给工作原理图。它由两组伸缩式套筒油缸和一套标准液压元件组成,能实现工进和工退,并用电气控制自动工作循环。整个系统通过控制阀N可同时操纵垂直进给和一个侧刀架的进给。CB-B25齿轮泵的P_s为2.5MPa,流量Q为50L/min。
