近些年来,济空积极适应军转安置形势的发展变化,针对地方普遍实行考试考核办法安置转业干部的实际,想方设法在提高转业干部能力素质上下功夫,连续10多年举办转业干部辅导培训班,组织空军到山东省安置的1000余名转业干部接受教育培训,有力地提高了他们的考试竞争能力,每年入围省直单位安置的数量和在各市的综合排名中,空军的转业干部一直名列前茅,有力地促进了移交安置工作的顺利完成。
In recent years, Jikong has been actively adapting to the development and changes in the military transfer and resettlement situation. In response to the general practice of examinations and appraisals in places where relocated cadres are resettled, they have tried their best to improve the ability and quality of those who have been re-employed and have conducted training courses for cadres who have been re-employed for more than 10 years. The Air Force’s over 1,000 rehired cadres relocated to Shandong Province received education and training, which effectively enhanced their ability to compete in examinations. The number of resettlement units directly under the provincial capitals and the overall rankings of the cities in the cities ranked among the best in the Air Force’s reemployed cadres.
