长江中游地区主要指湖北、湖南两省,也包括河南西南部的丹江、淅水流域,江西西北部的一部分,又有荆楚地区之称。这一地区出土的青铜武器数量多,且不乏精美者。其中青铜矛一类,其年代最早的可上溯至商代二里岗期,即湖北盘龙城遗址、墓葬中出土的3件青铜矛,是目前所知我国年代最早的青铜矛(图一)。对此,有论者作出推测:“矛制的来源或许与南方有关”。 The middle reaches of the Yangtze River mainly refer to Hubei and Hunan provinces as well as Danjiang and Huangshui watersheds in the southwestern part of Henan Province and part of the northwestern part of Jiangxi Province, as well as the Jingchu area. There are many bronze weapons unearthed in this area, many of them beautiful. One of the bronze spears, the earliest of dating back to the Shang Dynasty Erligang period, that is, the Panlongcheng site in Hubei, unearthed in the tombs of three bronze spears, is now known to our earliest bronze spear (Figure 1) . In this regard, some commentators: “The source of the spear may be related to the South.”
