TB880E型全断面岩石掘进机材料运输系统采用液压驱动,链条拖拉,在南疆吐库二线铁路中天山隧道施工过程中发现工作效率较低,制约掘进速度,增加维修费用。为提高材料运输系统的效率,结合应用实践,对材料运输系统的特点进行深入分析,提出电瓶车牵引的改进方案。计算不同工况下的牵引车配重质量与刹车距离,确定控制系统方案,介绍动力源、指令发送接受装置。
