施工导流与截流均为水利水电工程施工期间河道水流控制的措施，它们是相互影响、相互制约的，施工导流建筑物即为完成导截流任务的临时建筑物。本文从系统的观点出发，统筹考虑施工导截流的不同要求，提出了导流建筑物优化设计的改进方法。
The construction diversion and interception are all the measures of river water flow control during the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects. They affect each other and restrict each other. The construction diversion structures are the temporary buildings that complete the task of river diversion and closure. This article from the system point of view, taking into account the different requirements of construction diversion and closure, and proposes an improved method of diversion design optimization.
