目的快速准确的检出食物中毒的病原体,为食品药品监督部门处理食品安全事件、医疗部门开展临床治疗和疾病预防控制部门进行卫生学调查、处理提供科学依据。方法细菌鉴定采用VITEK 2全自动细菌鉴定仪,细菌分型采用血清学方法,药敏实验采用K-B法,噬菌体分型采用大肠埃希菌分型噬菌体。结果 3次食物中毒采集患者粪便,剩余食物共计22件:检出肠道产肠毒素大肠埃希菌(ETEC O6:K15)共9株,其中粪便检出7株,剩余食物检出2株;环丙沙星,头孢噻肟,头孢他啶,痢特灵,新霉素,多粘菌素敏感;复方新诺明,阿莫西林,氨苄西林,四环素,链霉素,甲氧苄胺嘧啶,红霉素,吡哌酸耐药。各次食物中毒检出ETEC O6:K15之间药敏结果存在差异,而每次食物中毒内部检出的ETEC O6:K15之间药敏结果几乎一致,抑菌环大小非常接近。经大肠埃希氏菌分型噬菌体测试,20130726株为14/12型,20130818株为12/10型,20140126株为14/10型。结论 3次食物中毒是由ETEC O6:K15引起,卫生部门应引起重视,大力开展食品中ETEC的风险监测并开展评估工作,提高此类病原菌的检验能力和开展从业人员健康教育工作,食品药品监督部门应大力加强食品卫生监督工作,预防此类食物中毒的发生。
Objective Rapid and accurate detection of pathogen of food poisoning provides a scientific basis for the food and drug supervision departments to handle food safety incidents and the medical departments to carry out clinical treatment and disease prevention and control departments for hygiene investigation and treatment. Methods The bacterial identification was performed with VITEK 2 automatic bacterial identification instrument. The bacterial typing was serological. The K-B method was used for susceptibility testing. The phage typing was using phage E. coli. Results A total of 22 fecal samples were collected from 3 cases of food poisoning. There were 9 strains of enterotoxigenic enteric Escherichia coli (ETEC O6: K15), of which 7 were stools and 2 were remaining foodstuffs. Ciprofloxacin, cefotaxime, ceftazidime, furazolidone, neomycin, polymyxin sensitive; cotrimoxazole, amoxicillin, ampicillin, tetracycline, streptomycin, trimethoprim, red Mycophenolate, pipemidic acid resistance. Each food poisoning detected ETEC O6: K15 differences in drug susceptibility results, and each food poisoning detected within the ETEC O6: K15 susceptibility results are almost the same, the size of the antibacterial ring is very close. The Escherichia coli typing phage test, 20130726 strains of 14/12 type, 20130818 strains of 12/10 type, 20140126 strains of 14/10 type. Conclusions The three food poisonings are caused by ETEC O6: K15, and the health department should pay attention to vigorously carry out the risk monitoring and assessment of ETEC in food, improve the testing ability of such pathogens and carry out health education for practitioners, food and drug supervision Departments should vigorously strengthen food hygiene supervision and prevention of such food poisoning.
