据研究表明,目前我国住宅能耗的40%是由门和窗户造成的,窗户能耗为发达国家的2至3倍,因此可以说建筑节能的关键是门窗节能。通过门窗科研课题研究及推广应用,目前我国门窗行业主要存在以下问题:1、由于建筑外门窗研究推广滞后建筑节能要求,目前外门窗产品不能充分满足节能工程的需要,节能外门窗比例偏低。建筑门窗的传热系数是表征门窗保温性能的关键指标,以德国为例,2013年的要求为1.1W/m2k,而北京地区率先在全国实施的75%建筑节能措施中,建筑门窗传热系数的要求为1.5-2.0
