通过非等温冷却实验研究PP/PA6合金的结晶过程,通过DSC研究Li Cl含量对PP/PA6合金中PP相结晶行为的影响,结果表明:随着Li Cl含量的增加,PP相的结晶温度先升高后降低。通过XRD分析,结果表明:Li Cl的加入可使PA6由半结晶向无定型转变,从而促进PP的β晶型的形成。另外,PP中加入少量亲水的PA6材料,可以明显改善PP材料的亲水性,PP-PA2.25的纯水接触角由PP的103°降低到了65°。
The crystallization process of PP / PA6 alloy was studied by non-isothermal cooling experiment. The influence of LiCl content on the crystallization behavior of PP phase in PP / PA6 alloy was studied by DSC. The results showed that with the increase of LiCl content, the crystallization temperature of PP phase Increase and decrease. The results of XRD analysis show that the addition of LiCl can change PA6 from semi-crystalline to amorphous, and promote the formation of β crystal.
