改革开放以来,乡镇建设得到很大的发展,多村城市化、城乡一体化进程明显加快。特别是这几年来,各地把乡镇建设提到很高的地位,农民街建设和小康楼建设已作为发展乡镇经济的突破口来抓。要求高,任务重,这就要有一支高素质的乡镇建设队伍来承担这个任务。而当前乡镇建设机构不全,人员不稳的问题一直困难着乡镇建设。 其主要症结何在? (一)认识不够。有些乡镇领导没有把乡镇建设提高到加快乡镇经济发展的战略高度,乡镇建设机构或无或空设。
Since the reform and opening up, the development of towns and villages has been greatly developed. The urbanization of many villages and the process of urban-rural integration have accelerated noticeably. Especially in recent years, the construction of townships has been referred to a very high place in all parts of the country. The construction of peasant streets and the construction of well-to-do houses have taken the lead in developing the township economy. High demands and heavy tasks require a contingent of high-quality township construction personnel to undertake this task. However, at present, the issue of incomplete township construction institutions and unstable personnel has always made it difficult to build townships and towns. The main crux of the problem? (A) lack of understanding. Some township leaders did not raise their township construction to the strategic height of speeding up the economic development of towns and townships.
