粉末等离子喷焊是一种先进的表面喷焊工艺方法,它可以在普通基材表面造成各种不同性能的表面喷焊层,喷焊层致密无微孔,纯属冶金结合,尤其是对喷焊高温耐磨硬质合金更为优越。几年来,国外对此项技术的研究有了很大进展,我国对此项技术的研究也逐渐增多,但冶金企业对此研究甚少。本文仅就粉末等离子喷焊剪刃、导板等热轧工具的试验情况加以分析和探讨。
