仪表着陆系统是现今国际民航组织(ICAO)确认的标准着陆设备,向正在着陆过程中的航空器提供着陆引导信息,包括航向道信号和下滑道信号,引导航空器顺利降落跑道。仪表着陆系统精度高,不易受天气条件影响,因而成为各国民航广泛使用的进近方式。由于设备价格较高、更新改造周期较长,国内大部分机场的仪表着陆系统均使用十年以上才进行换代升级。本文对仪表着陆系统的超期运行的风险评估及风险防控进行研究,将风险保持在可控的状态。
The ILS is the standard landing gear recognized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) today to provide landing guidance information to aircraft in the process of landing, including course signals and glideslope signals, to guide the aircraft onto the runway. Instrument landing system with high precision, less susceptible to weather conditions, which has become a widely used approach to national civil approach. Due to higher equipment prices, longer renovation and reconstruction period, most of the domestic airport landing instrument systems are used for more than a decade to upgrade. This article studies the risk assessment and risk prevention and control of overdue operation of the instrument landing system, keeping the risk under control.
