The authors gave 712 patients with tonsillectomy orally with 300 mg of Solprin or 240 mg of acetaminophen (paracetamol) one hour after surgery. Hemorrhage after surgery (referring to the first day of tonsillectomy fossa with active hemorrhage again on the table) check the coagulation. The study found that salicylate patients with bleeding on the first day postoperative incidence was 3.8%, taking acetaminophen 0.3%, a significant difference. The patient’s age, gender, surgeon’s experience, and especially surgical procedures have nothing to do with bleeding. The incidence of squashing and dissection bleeding were 2.1% and 1.9%, respectively, with no significant difference. All patients with bleeding coagulation test results were normal, indicating that these patients had no coagulation disorders. Because of the previous study on the salicylate has been conclusive, so this test did not check the platelet adhesion
